Privacy Policy

This policy explains what BondAI collects and how we use it. By using the Service you consent to the practices described here. We aim to collect as little as possible.

Chat content you upload. When you upload a WhatsApp export, its text is sent to our AI provider to generate your report. We strip out media files (photos, videos, audio) and only process text. We do not store your raw chat file or its full message history on our servers after the analysis is generated.

Your report & email. To save and let you revisit your report, we store the generated analysis results and the email address you provide.

Basic technical data. Like most sites, our hosting provider may log standard request data (e.g. IP address, browser type) for security and reliability.

To generate and deliver your report, to let you access it via your unique link, to contact you about your report, to operate and improve the Service, and to comply with the law.

We rely on trusted processors to run the Service, including Google (Gemini AI) to analyze chat text, Supabase to store reports and emails, and Vercel for hosting. Your data is processed by these providers under their own terms and security practices. We do not sell your personal information.

Generated reports and emails are retained until you ask us to delete them or until they are no longer needed for the purposes above. You may request deletion at any time.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data and to opt out of marketing emails. To exercise any right, email us at contact@denku.io.

We use reasonable technical measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
