By accessing or using BondAI(the “Service”), including uploading a chat file or requesting a report, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is intended only for adults. You must be at least 18 years old — or older if the age of majority in your state, country, or jurisdiction is higher — to access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service (including uploading a chat or requesting a report), you represent, warrant, and confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18 (or under the applicable age of majority where you live), you must not use the Service. We may terminate access and delete data if we learn a user does not meet this requirement.

All scores, ratings, “red/green flags”, roasts, personality labels, timelines, and other outputs are produced by automated AI models for amusement. They are speculative, may be inaccurate, biased, or fabricated, and do not reflect any real professional assessment of you, another person, or your relationship. BondAI is not a substitute for advice from a licensed therapist, counselor, physician, attorney, or any other professional.

You are solely responsible for the chat content you upload. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to upload and process it, including any necessary consent from other participants in the conversation. Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that you are not authorized to share. You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-harmful purposes.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result is accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BondAI and its operators, owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, relationships, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service or reliance on any output. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the past 12 months or USD $10.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BondAI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

BondAI and its branding are owned by us. BondAI is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp, Meta, Google, or any other third party. Product names are trademarks of their respective owners.

We may modify or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend access for any reason.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of BondAI is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
